This impressive Jamaican rum comes from the heart of Jamaica, a region renowned worldwide for its distinctive rums. Using its own yeast strain and distilled in traditional pot stills, this rum is crafted using methods famous for their complex and profound aromas. The use of wooden tanks and dunder pits during the production process adds further depth and authenticity.

The rum matures for 4 to 5 years under tropical conditions in heavily toasted American white oak barrels, originally used for bourbon. This special barrel aging process ensures an intense aroma development, with the strong wood and caramel notes of the barrel harmonizing with the fruity and sweet components of the rum.

Nase (Nose)

The rum opens with an enticing blend of ripe vanilla beans and coconut. Aromas of caramelized sugar and gentle wood notes complement the nose, creating a warm and inviting olfactory experience.
