This Chocolate Rum originates from Jamaica's renowned rum-producing regions and masterfully combines tradition with innovative production processes. Distilled in a column still using a proprietary yeast strain, this rum offers a unique taste experience further enhanced by a special aging process. The use of the Solero method and maturation in former Cognac casks, which previously held roasted cocoa beans for two and three years, imparts this rum its distinctive chocolate aromas.

Our Chocolate Rum matures for approximately five years under tropical conditions. The Solero method and aging in French oak barrels, previously used for Cognac, give the rum a special depth and complexity. The addition of roasted cocoa beans in the second and third years of maturation ensures...

Nase (Nose)
